Our stay at Sofitel was absolutely amazing! We felt like celebrities from the moment we arrived. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the valet parking was a breeze. Our room had stunning panoramic views of the city from the 38th floor, and the bed was super comfy. We also loved the personalized touch of a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary. The shower in the bathroom was one of the best we have ever used. The location was perfect, with theaters, restaurants, and shopping all within walking distance. We highly recommend Sofitel to anyone visiting Melbourne!

The hotel itself was beautiful and felt luxurious with its 5-star design. Our room on the 46th floor had stunning views of St Patrick's Church and we even got to see hot air balloons in the morning. The special treatment from room service, including the lavender oil spray for our pillows, made us feel pampered. The breakfast on the 35th floor was a highlight, with delicious food and breathtaking views. The staff in the restaurant and throughout the hotel were attentive and kind, particularly considering that I was on crutches. We felt well taken care of and can't wait to visit this lovely hotel and vibrant city again in the future.

The pillows were amazing, clean, and super comfy. The location was perfect, and the front desk staff, especially Theo, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even sent us free toothbrushes and face wipes when our luggage was lost by the airline. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the bellmen were extremely helpful and friendly, even dealing with a difficult taxi driver to make sure we were dropped off at the right place. everyone in the hotel was polite and provided excellent service.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the attractions and with easy access to public transportation. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and efficient.

The hotel itself was quite outdated and in need of a renovation. the rooms were tired looking and lacked any special touches to make them stand out.

The staff in the Club lounge provided prompt and friendly service. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious, with stunning views of the bay. Despite some minor issues, we would highly recommend this hotel. our experience was fantastic.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the downtown core, close to public transport. The room had a few drawers that could be used for clothes and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service was exceptional, with staff members going above and beyond to accommodate dietary requirements. Breakfast at the magnificent restaurant on level 35 was delicious, with a great selection of food. The views from the room were amazing, and the turn down service was a nice touch.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really liked the complimentary Wi-Fi that was offered. It was a pleasant surprise as many luxury hotels charge for this service. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was situated in a vibrant area with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Being able to easily access public transportation, like the tram, was also a major advantage.

I was disappointed with the noise levels in the hotel. the rooms were not soundproof, and I could hear noise coming from celebrations in the bar area until late at night.
