The hotel was well-located, which allowed us to easily explore the city during Christmas. We enjoyed two complementary facts such as free breakfast and Wi-Fi, which made our stay even more comfortable. the hotel staff was very friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The room was not well-insulated, which made it quite noisy, and the roadworks outside also interfered with our sleep. the cleanliness of the room was not up to our standards, and we noticed some maintenance work that needed attention.

I recently stayed at Hotel Valentino Palace for a few nights and it was a wonderful experience. The owner was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in downtown near Termini, with easy access to everywhere I wanted to go. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and comfortable, with daily room cleaning and fresh sheets and towels. The staff, especially the young guy at reception, were friendly and provided excellent hospitality, offering recommendations on places to visit and how to get there. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rome.
