The value for money at Vatican Relais was amazing! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern and clean bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even let us store our bags after checkout. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the metro station and St. Peter's Square. We found plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Our room at Vatican Relais Rome was clean, comfortable and offered a great value for the price. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the Vatican and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Bhelle and Leo who went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast, with a nice selection of croissants and fruit. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the small showers and the need for more plug points, our overall experience was excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to everything you want to do or see. It is just a few blocks away from St. Peter's Basilica and St. Ann's Church, making it convenient for attending daily Mass. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. Some rooms even have a jacuzzi, adding a touch of luxury to your stay.

The shower in some rooms is small and slippery, and there have been issues with clogging drains.

Some updates may be necessary in the room, such as the mattress and bathroom equipment. the sound isolation could be improved, and maintenance on the air-conditioning could be better to minimize unnecessary sounds in the room.
