Convenient location right across from the train station. The hotel had all the amenities needed, including a spa area. The hotel was near the center of the city. The breakfast provided was excellent. The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. Cleanliness was impeccable.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming Italian villa with a convenient location. The hotel was just a minute's walk from the train station, making it easy to carry my bags. The room was lovely and cleaned daily. I especially enjoyed the "health path" with a sauna and Jacuzzi where I could relax. The staff, especially Mr. Anil at the reception, were incredibly kind and helpful, providing recommendations for places to eat and visit. The breakfast was extravagant, with a wide variety of freshly baked bread, hams, and local dips. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in the Umbria region.

The beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was high spec. The building was modern and well maintained. Superb location. The room was very nice and cleaned every day. The health path with sauna and jacuzzi was amazing. The staff, especially Mr. Anil, were kind and helpful. Foligno itself was a delightful surprise.

The location was perfect, on a quiet residential street but still within walking distance of the centre and historic old town with its array of good restaurants. The hotel's proximity to the train station was also convenient. Our room was comfortable and quiet, with a queen-sized bed and blackout drapes for a restful sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a satisfying selection of foods. a great base for exploring the area.

The carpets in the hotel corridors were a bit drab and poorly fitted.

They even sorted out a problem with our car hire for us, which was a lifesaver. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The hotel itself is modern and luxurious, providing enhanced comfort and quality services. we were very impressed with this place and would highly recommend it.
