We stayed at a beautiful hotel near Venice and got great value for our money. The room was cozy and the bedding was top-notch, making it easy for us to have a good night's sleep. The location was peaceful and the staff treated us like royalty, even surprising us with a special treat for our anniversary. Their professionalism and helpfulness made our stay truly memorable.

One small drawback was the breakfast option. It would have been nice if they had more attention to detail, like ensuring that orange juice was readily available and providing proper English tea bags instead of just hot water.

I recently stayed at Villa Franceschi for a relaxing holiday. The location was perfect for easily reaching Venice. The residence had impeccable style and was well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. Parking was hassle-free and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and pool area were fantastic, and there was even an excellent Trattoria right next to the hotel.

I can recommend this hotel.

The hotel had stunning grounds to explore, including a beautiful garden, park, and vegetable garden. the check-in process was friendly and welcoming. the pool was a great feature, with poolside drink and food service available.

The air conditioning in our room did not work, and the hotel's solution to this was not effective. We were provided with a swamp cooler, which only made the room more humid and noisy.

We recently spent New Year's at a hotel near Venice and had a fantastic experience. the rooms were spacious and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We also enjoyed the selection of wines and spirits available at the hotel. Additionally, the service was exceptional, with the restaurant staying open late to accommodate us and the owner and his family presenting us with delicious local cuisine.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the air conditioning in our room did not work, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast was delicious, with scrambled eggs being a standout. The hotel's location in a quiet and peaceful area was perfect for me, as I wanted to visit Venice without staying in the city itself. The transportation options were convenient, with a direct bus just 400m from the hotel. The hotel's beautiful garden and charming country palace setting added to the overall experience. Special mention to Roberto and his colleagues in the cellar restaurant for their excellent service.

Although our overall experience was fantastic, we did encounter a couple of minor inconveniences. The person who checked us in seemed a little cold and grumpy, but it didn't affect our stay significantly.
