This hotel has great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff is very accommodating and the location is perfect, just down the hill and easy to walk to from the station. The rooms have historic charm with high walls, and the simple continental breakfast is lovely with freshly cut fruit.

The hotel was conveniently located, just a short walk from many places, but not right in the heart of downtown. It was also very close to the ferries, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for things to do in the area. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel offered great amenities and a pleasant stay.

It would have been better if the hotel provided 24/7 front desk assistance, as there were times when we needed something at night but there was no one available to help.

The hotel had exceptional cleanliness, with spotless rooms and common areas. The staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The location was ideal, with easy access to the hotel from the nearby train station and down the main road to the right of the roundabout. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a spa room that was worth the extra cost.

The breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast were nice. They offered complementary Christmas cookies and hot chocolate which was a nice touch. the room had a good view of the lake and was close to the park.

The hotel was quite far from town and it was hard to walk there, especially in winter when it was raining a lot. We had to spend a lot of money on taxis to get into town.

Spotless hotel, friendly staff, essential aircon, fantastic bed and bedding. Extra cost for spa room worth it. Highly recommend.

We had the most exceptional boutique hotel experience at this beautiful property. The grounds were stunning, the rooms spacious and modern, and the service unbeatable. We particularly loved our garden view room with a private sitting area overlooking the beautiful garden. The rooftop terrace was perfect for enjoying a bottle of wine at sunset. we would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
