Loved the location of this boutique hotel, just off the main road in the heart of Tulum. Perfect for experiencing the local life and not just a touristy resort. the staff, Paulina and Ivonne, were amazing! They gave great recommendations for places to eat and sights to see. So friendly and welcoming! . the facilities were top, notch. the apartments were clean, modern, and well, equipped. Loved the spacious rain shower and the rooftop patio with wading pools, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. the hotel was a short bike ride away from the beach, which was a great way to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Appreciated the attention to detail, like the complimentary sodas, beach bag with towels, and the table with books and board games for guest use.

The shuttle service they use called Namaste Travel was not flexible and caused some inconvenience due to a driver without a cell phone. Not recommended.

Gorgeous rooms & rooftop, helpful staff, excellent cleaning, convenient location, great view from rooftop terrace, well-equipped rooms.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff was excellent, providing top-notch service from the moment I arrived. The attention to detail was superb, and I felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The location was perfect, with great restaurants just a short walk away, making it convenient for me to explore the city center. The amenities in the room were outstanding, from the spacious and beautifully decorated space to the fully equipped kitchen. I especially loved the complimentary drinks and purified water, as well as the beach bag with towels provided. The rooftop area was a great spot to relax and take in the sunset over the city. I had a fantastic experience and I can't wait to return!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The 2 bedroomed apartment was huge and very clean. The lounge had 2 sofas and a huge 6 person dining table, perfect for a group. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfy. Both bedrooms even had their own en suite bathrooms with excellent hot water showers. The kitchen was fully equipped with a gas cooker, fridge, microwave, and all the utensils you could need. The daily room cleaning service was meticulous and they provided fresh towels, bedding, and toiletries. The location of this place was fantastic, only a short distance from the main strip and with a convenience store right across the road.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the main town and the main road that takes you to the beach. This allowed us to easily explore different parts of the city without being surrounded by crowds. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, with our room being cleaned to perfection every day.

The slight street noise, but it wasn't too loud and didn't disturb our sleep. It would have been convenient to have a lift in the hotel, especially since the 2 bedroom apartments were on the 2nd floor, just below the rooftop pools.

The bed could be bigger, especially for taller guests.

We stayed in a spacious one-bedroom apartment at Azura Boutique. The room was clean and had small snacks and drinks waiting for us. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and gave us great advice. The location of the hotel was great, with easy walking access to restaurants, bars, and shops. We also appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and living room space. The breakfast, delivered to our room every day, was delicious and had a variety of options. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I loved everything about this hotel. From the moment I made my booking, the staff was amazing and incredibly helpful. They even arranged bike rentals for me and gave me great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the city. The room was spacious and very clean, exactly like the pictures. I was impressed with the provided drinking water dispenser, saving me the trouble of buying bottled water. The hotel's central location made it easy for me to find great restaurants and bars, and the bike ride to the beach was lovely. The rooftop area was perfect for sunbathing and watching the sunset. I will definitely stay here again when I return.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The lounge had comfortable sofas and a large dining table for 6. The TV had USB capabilities. The bedrooms were a good size with comfy beds, and each had its own en suite bathroom with excellent hot water showers. The kitchen was well-equipped for self-catering, including a gas cooker, fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. The hotel provided daily fresh towels, bedding, toiletries, and kitchen supplies. The location was convenient, just 200 meters from the main strip in Tulum and with a local convenience store across the road. The rooftop area had small plunge pools and a smoking area. The staff was highly recommended and could arrange taxis and trips.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect for us, right in the city centre near some excellent restaurants too. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering car hire, housekeeping, and even grocery shopping services. The free toiletries were great, and our room had a flat-screen tv, a kitchen, and a terrace with garden furniture. The swimming pool, solarium, and massage options were a relaxing touch, and the wi-fi worked well. Highly recommend to friends!

free breakfast and daily room cleaning were a nice bonus! the hotel's location was great, within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Plus, we could easily catch a taxi to venture out to see some nearby attractions.

There was a lot of traffic noise, which made it difficult to sleep at night. there was no elevator, so be prepared to climb stairs if your room is on the higher floors.

The 2 bedroomed apartment is huge and very clean. Huge dining table and chairs. Comfy beds and pillows. Well-equipped kitchen. Excellent hot water showers. Great location. Rooftop with dip pools.
