Located just outside of Sorrento, Hotel Crawford offers a comfortable and affordable stay. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast is varied and functional, with a nice view from the roof. The hotel is also conveniently close to a great viewing point with a bar/restaurant.

The internet does not work well in the rooms, and the lobby can get crowded with guests trying to connect to the admin wifi network.

Helpful staff, provided assistance with canceling a stolen credit card and prepared a packed lunch for an early departure. Friendly and accommodating atmosphere, felt like a guest in a large household. Good position away from tourist areas, with beautiful views of the bay. Great place to stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel that gave me a true homey feel. The staff at Hotel Crawford were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made me feel like a welcomed guest in their large household. The location was also perfect, away from the touristy areas, allowing for a more relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. I loved the public terrace nearby which offered stunning views of the bay of Napoli, as well as sightings of Vesuvious and Capri on clear days. The rooms were clean and comfortable, albeit on the smaller side. it was a wonderful place to stay for a week.

During my weekend stay at this hotel, I was impressed with the amazing views offered from my room. the hotel's location was very convenient, with key attractions and amenities within walking distance. The staff were also very welcoming and accommodating, providing great recommendations for local restaurants and activities.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable and the rooms were smaller than expected. This made it difficult to store toiletries and move around the room comfortably.
