I was thrilled with the ocean view from my room, which truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel was conveniently located on a beautiful hill, making it easy to access nearby restaurants overlooking the harbor. The facilities were pristine, and the shower had excellent pressure, which adds to a relaxed stay.

The stairs to navigate between levels could be challenging for some guests.

The views from the room were choice, but the breakfast could've done with fresher options. Overall, solid place, heaps of helpful staff!

The noise levels were rather disruptive, especially from the kitchen and street!!! Navigating the stairs felt never-ending, and a recommendation for tour companies would be helpful!!! I'd also suggest a better luggage transfer arrangement!!!

Our stay was memorable, especially the complimentary room upgrade and Ruben's exceptional service at the reception. The honesty bar was a delightful addition, and we loved the colorful streets just outside the hotel.

Had an amazing room with a shared terrace that had an unbelievable view looking out. The staff were super friendly, really made it feel like home. The breakfast was rich, I wasn’t expecting that kind of spread. Plus, the location was right next to this great way to get up the hill, made it easy to haul my luggage around.

I found the hotel very accommodating, with access to the main public transport connections, which helped me explore easily. I traveled here on a road trip with my partner in 2024-08-15.

the noise was unbearable, even past midnight! and breakfast in a noisy music venue? delicious sweary rap music with my morning coffee, how quaint. also, i expected a complimentary room upgrade for such inconveniences—guess that was too much to ask. i almost gave a decent review but, good gracious, i just couldn’t.

The spectacular private patio with ocean views was a highlight of our stay. Exploring nearby colorful streets was so fun!

Just an ideal choice for a weekend breather in Valparaiso with all in all brilliant value for money. The complimentary bottled water in the room was a nice touch—definitely appreciated after a long day exploring. If you’re driving, consider the private parking garage. it’s worth the extra cost for peace of mind.
