I recently stayed at a hotel in Hanoi for a few days. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old quarter. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, friendly and always willing to help. The room was clean and beautifully designed with a comfortable bed. The modern hotel had a rooftop bar with stunning views of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, attentive staff, and stylish design.

We stayed at this hotel and loved its location! Right in the heart of the city, it was a short walk to all the famous spots. The staff was friendly, and we got a warm welcome with a drink upon arrival. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with great amenities like a flat-screen TV, mini-bar, and electric kettle to make tea or coffee. The housekeeping was quick, and our room was always neat and tidy. In addition, they had a restaurant that served delicious food, and we enjoyed the special diet menu. We also loved the entertainment facilities, like the spa and wellness center, where we had a full-body massage, steam room, and Jacuzzi.

The hotel is absolutely amazing. The decoration is wonderful and modern. The staff is lovely and always thinks ahead and pays attention to every detail. We felt like we were really important to them and they took care of everything, letting us enjoy our trip in Hanoi without any deception. The breakfast was incredible. The transfer organized by the hotel is really convenient. We wish we would have stayed longer in that perfect place which was one of the best hotels we stayed in worldwide.

Rooftop bar and terrace provide stunning views of the city.

The spa was a particular highlight, with professional therapists and a relaxing atmosphere. Despite some outside noise, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is perfectly situated right in front of a beautiful lake, making it easy to enjoy the stunning views and take peaceful walks along the water. Its location in the city center also means that all the attractions are within close proximity, allowing for convenient exploration. The rooms are simply amazing, with luxurious facilities and thoughtful touches like a small vase of daisies. The staff is extremely accommodating, offering helpful recommendations and even arranging a shower room before our departure.

There was a somewhat noisy disturbance in the vicinity during our stay that affected the overall ambiance.

The room was so small, I felt like Alice in Wonderland. And don't get me started on the darkness, felt like I was sleeping in a vampire's lair.

The service was impeccable at this hotel, with staff eager to help and provide information on nearby attractions. The complementary breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the location was perfect for accessing everything I needed during my business trip. The hotel also provided complementary snacks and water in the room, which was a nice touch.

While the hotel was in a great location and had excellent service, the amenities were underwhelming. The gym was small and lacked adequate equipment, and the pool was not very clean.
