Our stay at Villa San Martino was phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. David, in particular, was extremely helpful and provided us with valuable information about the area, including the best places to visit. The interior of the villa is absolutely stunning, with thoughtfully designed decor that adds to the overall ambiance. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had excellent amenities. The air conditioning kept us comfortable throughout our stay, and the quality of the towels exceeded our expectations. We also appreciated the outdoor area for smokers and the option to have breakfast alfresco. As a gluten-free guest, I was delighted to find that my dietary needs were well catered for. The villa's location is convenient, with the Funicular and metro station in close proximity. I highly recommend Villa San Martino for its phenomenal hospitality, beautiful property, and excellent service.

The hotel offered high-quality breakfast with a good variety of sweets and courteous staff workers. the room was elegantly designed, exceptionally clean, and had a comfortable mattress. the location was excellent, central to shops, transportation, and with a lovely area for a walk. the hotel amenities were like those of a luxury hotel, offering services such as laundry, cleaning service, and excellent customer care.

Communication was somewhat difficult when trying to confirm our flight, and staff was not as helpful as anticipated. we had some issues with dining experiences as there weren't solid suggestions from the hotel's staff about good restaurants in the area.

I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful and clean this hotel was. The rooms exceeded my expectations and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff were also amazing and made us feel safe and well taken care of. Additionally, the hotel's location in a perfect neighborhood was a great bonus.
