This allowed me to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was top-notch. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. They were incredibly helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. The level of attentiveness they displayed truly made me feel valued as a guest.

Clean and comfortable 2 night stay. The room was bright, decent in size, and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was also spacious and immaculate. The shower enclosure was enormous. The underground parking was convenient with large slots for the car. The layout of the hotel "worked" for us. The lifts were speedy. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options including various breads, croissants, scrambled eggs, bacon, rolls. The hotel has a morning and evening shuttle bus service to the exhibition hall, which was perfect for our needs. The staff was welcoming and the hotel manager, Mr. Palumbo, was charming and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and personalized service at Virginia Palace. The receptionist remembered my name and went out of his way to recommend nearby restaurants and make a reservation for me. The room was clean, spacious, and had excellent air conditioning. The breakfast staff were friendly and even offered me an espresso. it felt more like a holiday experience than a business hotel.

I was a bit disappointed to find that there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room and had to pay for it at the bar. Additionally, the restaurant was closed that evening and the staff didn't mention the nearby Thai restaurant with an 'all you can eat' buffet.

The hotel had a web-blocker in place, which restricted access to certain websites, making it difficult to stay connected for business purposes.

It is situated in a quiet location and has an internal car park. the staff is friendly and competent which gives a good feeling from the beginning. the hotel is located just five minutes from the main center and the rail station connects you to Milan in about 25 minutes.

The hotel was indeed clean and comfortable, but we noticed that the shower door in our room did not close properly. This issue may need to be addressed by their technicians to ensure that it doesn’t become a problem for other guests.

A posh hotel with a fancy lobby bar for my coffee breaks, where I also enjoyed corporate lunches and dinners with a set menu. The building is impressive, and the staff is highly qualified. Definitely a quality experience!

We found the perfect place to stay near the airport for our early flight - Virginia Palace. the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. the room was excellent, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff, especially Elio in the breakfast room and Pasquale at the reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful.
