Delicious, varied food with gluten-free options. Friendly staff, including receptionist, waitress, and entertainment. Beautiful sea, accessible by short walk or shuttle bus. Big, clean swimming pools. Enjoyable entertainment for both adults and kids. Spacious, comfortable refurbished triple room. Fast and friendly service at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Spectacular snorkeling and nautical sports available. Attentive and helpful staff. Fantastic Arenella beach with clear, calm waters and available sunbeds. Well-planned resort area with spacious rooms and common areas. Close proximity to beautiful Syracusa, beaches, Noto, Modica, and Ragusa. Plenty to do in the surroundings.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right next to the beautiful Arenella beach and with stunning views of the sea. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-furnished, with daily cleaning and fresh bed linen. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a big smile. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of tasty options to choose from.

The excursions offered by the hotel can be a disappointment, as the Etna excursion turned out to be a big letdown, with a lack of information and professionalism from the tour company.

We had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel next to the sea. The location was perfect, with the beautiful Arenella beach just a short walk away. The service was top-notch, with room service and car hire available. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We were impressed by the wide range of amenities offered, such as the spa and wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and jacuzzi. The hotel also had a variety of dining options, from the restaurant to the poolside snack bar. We loved the spacious rooms with balconies or terraces, where we could enjoy the stunning views. the experience was exceptional.

We highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Great location for exploring the surrounding area. Easy to get to the main sights and attractions. Beautiful gardens which were well kept and offered a peaceful place to relax. the breakfast buffet was varied and had good options.

The room was noisy, with a lot of street noise coming in even with the windows closed. the air conditioning was also quite loud and didn't seem to cool the room down enough.
