An outstanding experience for frequent travelers: Bravo! The staff were attentive and helpful, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and the beds were comfortable. However, the hairdryer was a disappointment. Not that I spend hours drying my hair, but a girl needs options! Oh well.

The renovated historic building offers spacious, comfortable rooms with modern amenities. The staff, especially the concierge team, are outstanding and provide excellent service. The location is convenient for accessing nearby attractions, and the option to rent gym clothes and trainers is a great convenience. The bathrooms are beautiful, and the beds are incredibly comfortable.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of Milan. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in early upon our arrival. The location couldn't have been better, as it was conveniently situated in a prime spot. The hotel offered a delightful dining experience at their restaurant, and the sommelier recommended an excellent, unfamiliar red wine that we thoroughly enjoyed. the hotel provided a comfortable and luxurious stay, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

The hotel is ideally located between the train station and old town, with adjacent access to the M3 subway. It is within walking distance to the city centre, providing easy access to most of the required destinations in the city. The rooms are neat, comfortable, and spacious, with contemporary décor, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, staff members were helpful, mainly at the front desk.

Housekeeping services need improvement, as items such as used water glasses were not replenished.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the central Milan area, conveniently located close to some nice restaurants. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided helpful information about facilities and directions. The check-in process was quick, and our Gran Deluxe Double room was spacious and clean with a great view. We also enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and the variety offered at breakfast.

Despite the excellent services, one minor issue was the lack of entertainment available within the hotel.

The hotel had a professional and efficient front desk team. the central location was convenient, with nearby restaurants to choose from. Despite the downsides, the bed was a highlight, offering a great night's sleep with a fantastic mattress.

The room was disappointing , dirty carpet and unpleasant smell. the bathroom had a moldy odor and lacked a walk, in shower, which made it unsafe and uncomfortable.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend and enjoyed our experience. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and they even upgraded us to better rooms. the hotel's location was convenient, with a metro station close by, making it easy to explore the city. We also appreciated the little touches, like the welcome pack for our daughter and the availability of an extra stroller.

There were a few drawbacks. the room we stayed in was quite hot and the air conditioning didn't seem to cool it down much.
