We had a great Christmas stay at a motel in a beautiful coastal town. the room was spacious and had a comfortable king-size bed, a sitting area, and a fridge. One of the best aspects was the stunning ocean view from our window. the room's location at the end of the motel provided more privacy and made it quieter. It was a pleasant surprise that the passing Amtrak train wasn't too noisy. the motel was very clean and well-maintained, with staff constantly keeping the area tidy.

The parking lot was a bit limited, especially if you have a larger vehicle like a truck. Another negative aspect was the price we were charged, which was way higher than the regular rates.

The only downside we experienced was the proximity to the train tracks. While most trains passed by at low speeds and were barely noticeable, it could be a slight inconvenience for light sleepers.

I had a wonderful stay at this motel. the family room was larger than expected and had a kitchenette with a mini-fridge and stovetop. the room came equipped with plates, pots, pans, glasses, and silverware, which was a great convenience. Despite the lack of privacy due to the open space, the room was amazing. the property itself was beautiful and only a short 5-minute walk to the Pier and even less to the beach. the staff was kind and courteous, and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. I highly recommend Beau Rivage Motel for its great location, amazing rooms, friendly staff, and wonderful amenities.

I recently stayed at the Beau Rivage Motel for a week-long vacation. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and pier. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the pool and hot tub were a great way to relax after a long day. The room was clean and comfortable, and the AC kept us cool throughout our stay. Additionally, having access to a parking garage was a convenient perk. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming motel in Old Orchard Beach. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach and a short walk to the center. The owners were incredibly nice and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchenette. The attention to detail here was impressive, right down to the wine cork screw. The staff, especially the office manager, Jackie, were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the easy access to stores, attractions, and the hot tub that the kids loved. We will definitely book here again!
