The manager, Mr Rafeeq, and waiters, Mr Siraj and Mr Bambang, were exceptional. However, only one staff member stood out, while others lacked training. Despite minor issues like bathroom slope, the facility was well-maintained. I appreciated the convenient location near transportation options. The nearby landmarks, including Safa Hill and Masjid al-Haram, enriched our family bonding experience, enhancing relaxation.
