This hotel is centrally located within walking distance of Kingston's business district. It is in a very safe area of the Capital City and surrounded by a beautiful garden. The hotel facilities, including the gym, salon, and pool services, were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met.

No diverse breakfast options, lacking natural sugar-free yogurt and healthy selections like avocados.

During my Easter stay, I was impressed by the friendly staff who greeted me warmly throughout my visit. The hotel's location was convenient, with key attractions and amenities nearby. Additionally, the hotel offered a great pool area where I could relax and unwind.

On the downside, the breakfast service was not clearly communicated and ended up being cold. Also, the room service was a bit slow, which made dining alone in my room less enjoyable. These factors slightly affected my overall experience.

The staff at the front desk and housekeeper went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute request for seven people. The hotel's location was excellent and the internet service worked well. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we had a clean and safe short stay at the hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that made my stay luxurious. The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, providing a range of treatments including full body massages and body wraps. The outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were also a highlight, surrounded by a large sun terrace with sun loungers and beach umbrellas.

The restaurant, though offering a good breakfast and packed lunches, only had a limited dinner menu. The only minor issue I had was with the slow service in the lobby bar. this hotel provided all the necessary services and private facilities for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

If you're looking for convenience, The Jamaica Pegasus Hotel is a great option. It's just a short drive to the airport at 3 am, making your early morning departure hassle-free. Plus, it's located near the beach, so you can easily enjoy some sun and sand during your stay. The hotel is nestled in a beautiful garden-like setting, providing a calm and peaceful atmosphere.

The musty old smell in some areas of the hotel could be improved.

We had a fantastic stay at The Jamaica Pegasus and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do in the city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the views from the balcony were stunning. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. We particularly appreciated the attentiveness of the supervisor and concierges, who went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The wifi worked well, and the gym was well-equipped. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kingston.
