The value for my money at this hotel was excellent and I was pleasantly surprised when my room was upgraded upon arrival. The location of the hotel was convenient and the staff at the front desk were pleasant and knowledgeable.

The food for breakfast could have been better by offering a wider variety, especially when it came to fruit options.

This hotel is centrally located within walking distance of Kingston's business district. It is in a very safe area of the Capital City and surrounded by a beautiful garden. The hotel facilities, including the gym, salon, and pool services, were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met.

No diverse breakfast options, lacking natural sugar-free yogurt and healthy selections like avocados.

During my Easter stay, I was impressed by the friendly staff who greeted me warmly throughout my visit. the hotel's location was convenient, with key attractions and amenities nearby. Additionally, the hotel offered a great pool area where I could relax and unwind.

On the downside, the breakfast service was not clearly communicated and ended up being cold. Also, the room service was a bit slow, which made dining alone in my room less enjoyable.

The staff at the front desk and housekeeper went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute request for seven people. The hotel's location was excellent and the internet service worked well. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we had a clean and safe short stay at the hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel had top-notch facilities, including an excellent pool and spa treatments. The staff were professional and the place was spotless. The food was glorious, making my mouth water just thinking about it. the hotel's location was amazing, with a beautiful park nearby and impressive high-rise buildings.

There were a few downsides to my stay. The shower in the room was not good enough and the water didn't drain properly.

the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, providing a range of treatments including full body massages and body wraps. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were also a highlight, surrounded by a large sun terrace with sun loungers and beach umbrellas.

The restaurant, though offering a good breakfast and packed lunches, only had a limited dinner menu. the only minor issue I had was with the slow service in the lobby bar.

The musty old smell in some areas of the hotel could be improved.

During our recent stay at The Jamaica Pegasus, we were impressed with the cleanliness and tidiness of our room. Additionally, the hotel provided a kettle and an American coffee machine, making it easy for us to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings.
