the staff at this place, John, Janine, and Amanda, were extremely welcoming and made sure I felt right at home. the beautifully maintained brownstone offered all the convenient facilities I needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. the location was superb, with Washington Park, great shops, and restaurants all within walking distance. I particularly enjoyed the lovely and romantic garden at the back. the staff also provided helpful recommendations for activities and even gave us coupons for nearby shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful and unique experience at the Morgan State House. Our room on the 8th floor provided a breathtaking view of the surroundings. The comfortable bed and spacious tub added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. The communal kitchen allowed us to cook our own breakfast and enjoy it in the beautiful garden. The staff was prompt and helpful in responding to our requests. I highly recommend this hotel for its atmosphere, comfortable beds, and convenient location.

The hotel had a classic feel and was situated in a beautiful neighborhood. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The room was large and beautifully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great, with bars and restaurants within walking distance and downtown just a 20-minute walk away. The hotel provided a map of the surrounding area and even had discount coupons for local restaurants.

The hotel had a lot of historic charm and the staff were very friendly and helpful. the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. the location was also very convenient, within walking distance of downtown, a park, and several restaurants.

The water pressure in the bathtub was quite low, making it difficult to fill it up quickly. Additionally, the odor from the cleaning supplies was a bit overpowering at times.

The hotel felt like a stately home in a city location. Cleanliness was top-notch, with clean towels and sheets provided. The location of the brownstone building was perfect, with numerous nice restaurants in the area. The staff was welcoming and provided great service.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at the charming Morgan Inn in Albany. The staff is friendly and helpful, the beds and pillows are amazingly soft, and the rooms are beautifully quiet. The historic architecture adds so much charm and the location is super convenient to downtown, Washington Park, and great restaurants. The breakfast in the cute garden patio is a delightful touch. Free parking on the weekends was a huge help. Worth every penny!

We had a delightful stay at a charming and elegant hotel. the Morgan State House Inn, situated across a park, provided a cozy and homely atmosphere. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was generous. the rooms were quiet and comfortable, feeling more like charming apartments than a hotel. We appreciated the adjustable room temperature and the great wifi and cable channel choices. it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again.

As foreign tourists, we loved the central location within walking distance of Washington Park, Downtown Albany, and great restaurants. The staff at the inn were courteous and extremely helpful, especially when we had car trouble. The owner even personally assisted us. The history of the building was fascinating, adding to the overall charm. Our room in the annexe was fantastic, with a fully stocked kitchen and a small yet functional bathroom. The room was well serviced and very clean. The ambience had a wonderful old world charm. The inn also had a very good wifi connection.
