I had an amazing experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, with gorgeous vegetation and well-maintained grounds. It felt like I was in a different island altogether, enjoying the beautiful open-air setting surrounded by exotic trees and plants. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel cared for throughout my stay. They were always there to help with anything we needed, from carrying our bags to showing us around the property and even making us delicious jiggy coffee. I always felt safe and well taken care of here.

The atmosphere at the resort was incredibly romantic and exotic, truly giving us a unique and inspiring experience. the staff treated us like royalty, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our comfort. the location was a tranquil oasis surrounded by lush jungle-like surroundings, providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the best aspects was the beautiful beach, with its sugary sand and crystal-clear water. We loved hearing the reggae vibes and the chants of the vendors, creating a vibrant and lively atmosphere. Additionally, the beachside Jamaican deli serving local fare and the beach bar with its friendly bartenders added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

We got excellent value for our money at Sunset At The Palms Resort. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with AC and fans. The location was perfect, with a beautiful beach that wasn't overcrowded. The staff treated us like family and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

My girlfriends and I had an amazing time at Sunset at the Palms! We were looking for a smaller, quieter place on the beautiful beaches and this resort exceeded our expectations. We loved the cozy feel and the staff made us feel right at home. The beach was clean and beautiful, and the locals selling their art were respectful. The bartenders, especially Conroy and Alex, were friendly and made great drinks. The coffee bar was also a nice treat. Despite the spotty WiFi, we were able to disconnect and truly enjoy our vacation. The BBQ and beach bonfire were unforgettable experiences. we had a week to remember and would definitely recommend Sunset at the Palms.

The service was first class. Lovely cabins, gorgeous gardens, wonderful pool and hot tub. Not too crowded, easy to get drinks at the bar. Beach lounges with lots of shade. Free sailboats and excellent piano player. a wonderfully run and quaint resort.

One negative aspect of our stay was that the check-in process was delayed by 30 minutes, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the wifi in our room was almost non-existent, although it was better at the beach and in the common areas.
