The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of choices. the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. the location was perfect, being close to Great Smoky Mountain National Park and offering beautiful views of the surrounding nature. Additionally, the hotel had a heated pool and a hot tub, which were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

There were not enough parking spaces available at the hotel, and we had to park in the grass next to the hotel. Additionally, there was a delay in our check-in time despite requesting an early check-in, which was a bit frustrating.

Perfect location for exploring the curving road and enjoying a ride to Asheville via the Blue Ridge. Staff is cheerful, friendly, and helpful. Beds are extremely comfortable and the entire facility is spotless. Wide selection of breakfast options. Convenient pool and hot tub. Within walking distance to everything. Smoke-free facility.

My recent stay at Comfort Inn was enjoyable. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and I particularly enjoyed the waffles. The location was perfect for my church conference, and the pool area provided a relaxing atmosphere. The room exceeded my expectations, and having a microwave was a convenient feature. The rate for my room was also reasonable.

I did encounter a few minor inconveniences. The shower and sink drains in the room were not working properly, causing dirty water to accumulate.

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn in the area for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows. We also loved the convenience of the indoor pool and the fact that linens were replaced just by leaving them outside the door. The location was great, within walking distance to everything, and the breakfast offered was a nice bonus. a fantastic experience.

I got great value for my money at Comfort Inn! The room was clean and comfortable, and the view from my room was absolutely stunning. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the Hispanic lady who prepared breakfast. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection and the breakfast attendant was very efficient. the coffee and hot chocolate station available all day was a wonderful treat.

The remote for the TV was difficult to use and the channel buttons would stick. Additionally, the second-floor floors could use bracing as I could hear the occupants above me walking around and it was quite loud at times.
