the hotel was beyond amazing. it was even better than my previous stay in kyoto. everything was taken care of by the staff, and they even fixed a mistake i made during my reservation. our room was massive, with a great bath, comfortable beds, and a smart tv. the design was beautiful, mixing japanese style with modern touches. the overall experience was perfect.

We had a seamless check-in and check-out process at 22 Pieces. We arrived early and they graciously held our bags while we explored the area. Upon returning later in the day, they had already moved our bags to our spacious and clean room. Surprisingly, our room was quiet despite being near the elevator on the first floor. the high-quality products provided, like the Dyson hair dryer and Stagg kettle, added to our comfortable stay. the reliable and fast WiFi was a bonus. Although we didn't have time to enjoy the beautiful terrace, it was a great addition. the property's location, just a 10-minute walk from the station and close to a convenience store, was convenient. the staff provided us with a map and recommendations for laundry services and meals. We highly recommend staying at this place for a wonderful experience.

The service was fantastic, and the staff very helpful in arranging tours and tickets. Our room had all the necessary amenities, including an iron and a terrace, with a dressing area and in-room safe. We appreciated the dining area and the soundproofed rooms. It was very convenient to have a refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle with kitchen utensils available in our room.
