As foreign tourists, we loved the friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. The check-in process was easy and accommodating of our early flight. The room was smart and cosy, with a fantastic shower and comfortable bed. The hotel's proximity to the ferry stop made it convenient for visiting Amsterdam Central. The daily room cleaning, fresh water bottles, and towels were great touches.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was close to the ferry and only took 10 minutes to reach the center of Amsterdam. The comfortable ferry ride was a great way to start the day and explore the city. Additionally, the hotel was near Amsterdam Central railway station, making it easy to access other parts of the city.

One area for improvement was the check-in process. It seemed unusual that the staff manually entered credit card details instead of swiping them, which made me slightly uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Doubletree By Hilton. The room felt luxurious and the shower was great. The hotel is located just across the river from the city center, offering a quiet and peaceful environment without the noise and crowds. The free ferry service provided convenient transportation, running every 15-30 minutes from 7am to midnight. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the restaurant that is connected to the hotel, offering delicious meals. a fantastic experience that we would highly recommend to family and friends.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me as it was away from the busy city center but just close enough. The hotel is very close to the ferry, which took only 10 minutes to arrive in the center of the city. It was so convenient to have the ferry right outside the hotel, and it was free! The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the hotel was also remarkable, with plenty of options to choose from.

The rooms are small but well-appointed, with good lighting and functioning amenities. The front desk staff are accommodating and welcoming, especially to large groups. The breakfasts offer a variety of options including made-to-order eggs, fruits, veggies, breads, juices, coffee. The location, easily accessible by free ferry, is in a funky, artsy neighborhood with a grocery store, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The small elevators work well without any issues.

The location, although not in the city center, was easily accessible with a free ferry just a 3-minute walk away. The ferry ride to the main shopping and tourist areas took only 10 minutes and ran all night. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the great food offered at the hotel restaurant. we highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, facilities, transportation options, and excellent staff.

As foreign tourists, we loved the stunning view from the big window. The NDSM port offered breathtaking sunset and sunrise scenes, with ships of all sizes coming and going. The location was perfect as it was just a short 3-5 minute walk to the port. Taking the free ferry to the central station was convenient, as it only took us less than 15 minutes. The peaceful atmosphere away from the city center was a great contrast, while still enjoying excellent access to all the attractions. The staff were kind and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a big comfy mattress. We enjoyed the amazing view from the room. The staff was super friendly and even left a rose on the bed for Mother's Day. The mint/lemon on the reception was a nice touch. We also loved the ferry service provided by the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location was about a 10-15 minute free ferry ride away from the city center, which was perfect for us. The ferry takes you to the city and there are frequent crossings until late at night. It was also great that the hotel was next to the station, making it convenient if you arrived by train or plane. The hotel itself was on an "Isle of Arts" and had a special vibe to it. The service was top-notch, with helpful staff and a range of amenities such as room service, bicycle hire, and laundry facilities. The rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including a mini-bar, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. we had a great experience here and would recommend it to others.

The only downside was that some staff seemed a bit tired and in need of sleep, but this did not detract from our overall positive experience. We would still highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent service and amenities.
