Clean rooms, convenient subway access, nearby convenience stores

Having to rely on pricey taxis due to the discontinued airport limousine service was frustrating!!! The internet limitation of three devices is just outdated!!!

i almost wanted to give this hotel a good review, but the pillows were absolutely terrible and ridiculously outdated. not to mention the internet, only three devices can connect, how am i supposed to keep up with my emails? they really should've upgraded me for all the inconvenience.

The breakfast buffet was extensive, featuring unique choices like rice, curry, and made-to-order eggs, which we thoroughly enjoyed each morning.

One significant drawback was the Wi-Fi limitation, allowing only three devices to connect per room at a time, making it challenging for my group with multiple devices.

Super convenient location right by the metro made getting around Tokyo a breeze. Found a cute coffee shop nearby that felt like home. Loved the high-tech toilet in my room! Just wish the AC setup was easier to understand—it was a bit tricky and kinda noisy when I opened the window. Breakfast was solid too!

The fitness room is ridiculously small and often booked!!! The lack of air conditioning control was uncomfortable, and I'm still baffled by the unused slippers we kept receiving during our stay!!! Room size was cramped for three guests!!!

the staff was absolutley unhelpful when the airport limo service ceased. I had to take a cab which cost me a fortune! not to mention the yellow wet patch in the room, how disgusting! I woudl ve been more satisfied if I’d gotten some sort of compensation for these inconveniences, but I guess that’s too much to ask here.

The brekkie was spot-on every morning, and seriously, being right next to the Akasaka-Mitsuke Station made getting around Tokyo a breeze! Found a super handy 7-Eleven on the ground floor for snacks and stuff. Staff were proper friendly at check-in too, sharp-sharp!

The room was small but had a nice sized closet which kept our bags out of the way it was a lifesaver. The hotel staff helped us with reservations at a nearby cafe which was convenient after a long day of sightseeing.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but still reasonable considering the location and amenities.

I had a great stay! The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, and the attached 7-11 was super handy. Only downside was the hard pillows. Would return!

The location is awesome, right across from the subway station, making it so easy to explore Tokyo! ! Breakfast was delicious with plentiful options, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Plus, having a 7-Eleven on-site was super handy.

But the air conditioning could be better, and some of the room furnishings felt a bit outdated.

My partner and I enjoyed our 8-night stay, especially the diverse dining options like Akasaka Square Dining. The location is perfect for exploring, located near the subway. Don't miss the local ramen recommendations from the staff—they were fantastic!
