The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to Downtown, Collingwood, and Thornbury. We enjoyed taking a short walk to the fish restaurant near the hotel for a delicious meal. The aqua spa area was also a great spot to relax and unwind after a long day of trekking. The room was comfortable and had a decent-sized kitchenette, perfect for preparing our own meals. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk.

The restaurant served great food and the views were beautiful. The rooftop area was a nice touch. The room had comfortable beds but the bathroom could use more attention to detail. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others.

I absolutely loved the breathtaking view from the hotel, and the pool and hot tubs were perfect for relaxing. The slide for the kids was a great addition. The suite I stayed in was modern and clean, making my stay even more comfortable. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the convenience of the location to downtown and Blue Mountain. Nothing that I didn't like.

We had an incredible time here. This venue is located right on the shore of a stunning lake and the views were breathtaking. The room amenities were fantastic, and we enjoyed the sitting area and free toiletries. The staff members were so friendly and welcoming, and the spa and wellness centre was top-notch. We loved the heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, body wraps and beauty treatments. If you're an active person, there are plenty of things to do here, including hiking, cycling, golfing and skiing. We felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after our stay, and can't wait to visit again!

Recommending this hotel to family was an easy decision for us. All we can say is that everything was great, and we had an amazing time.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort! The rooms were spacious, and the apartment layout was perfect for our family. The living room was huge and had a comfortable sofa cum bed. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we enjoyed the convenience of having a dining area. Room service was prompt, and the food was delicious, especially the pita platter and fish n chips. The location was excellent, with the Blue Mountains just a short drive away. a comfortable and enjoyable stay that I would definitely recommend!

We got a complementary glass of wine and a cheese plate upon arrival, which was nice. the location was top-notch, as we were able to easily walk to nearby restaurants and grocery stores. the best part was definitely the breathtaking view of the lake and marina from our room, it made for some great photos.

The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with leftover food on the counters and carpets. It took multiple calls and hours for it to finally get cleaned.
