Conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Plenty of convenience stores and shops nearby for any last-minute needs. the room size was reasonable, with enough space for luggage. Enjoyed the amenities provided, such as a bathtub and a separate hair dryer.

The sound insulation in the room was quite poor, making it difficult to sleep when other guests passed by in the hallway. the thermostat in the room was fixed, resulting in a sometimes uncomfortable temperature.

The rooms were comfortable and had good WiFi. the location of the hotel was excellent, with multiple subway lines connected and plenty of eateries, shops, and convenience stores nearby.

As youngsters, we loved the convenient location of the Database in Akasaka. It was right across the subway station, making it easy for us to explore Tokyo. The superior rooms were spacious and well-equipped, which was a pleasant surprise in Tokyo.

It felt like home at the Database in Akasaka, and we really didn't have any reason to complain.

I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel in Tokyo. The location was perfect, with lots of restaurants and bars right across the road. The hotel was ideally connected to both airports, making it super easy to get around. The staff were hospitable and provided us with a lot of helpful information about the area. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and I especially loved the coffee machine and the free bottles of water.

The only downside was that some of the staff didn't understand English very well and weren't as helpful when it came to guiding us for city tours outside of Tokyo. However, overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Hotel has been remodeled and offers shopping and restaurants. Average Tokyo room size, good beds, standard amenities, reasonable prices. Underground parking is a rare find. Attentive staff, helpful and accommodating. Teenager-friendly with loaned adapters. Great area for street vendors, tiny restaurants, and nightlife. Double room was comfortable and well-appointed, with free water and coffee machine. Close to subway, would stay again.

I recently stayed at the Akasaka Excel Hotel in Tokyo for a week-long vacation. The location of the hotel was superb, with easy access to the airport via a luxury bus shuttle and a train station just across the street. The bus was clean and comfortable, perfect for families with suitcases. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere of the hotel, with the reception on the third floor and rooms even higher up. There were plenty of shops and restaurants connected to the building, including a 7-Eleven for convenience. I had an amazing stay and highly recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better, right across the train station. It was so convenient to explore the city from here. The view from our room was amazing, facing some green space and government buildings. The staff provided excellent service, from room service to housekeeping. They were always available to assist us with any requests we had. The hotel also had a variety of shops and commercial services, making it very convenient for us to find everything we needed. The room amenities were top-notch, from the ironing facilities to the mini-bar. Everything was provided for our comfort and convenience. Additionally, the restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a great dining experience. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection of delicious dishes, and the staff even prepared special diet menus upon our request. We were truly impressed by the quality of service and facilities at this hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Tokyo and had a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a stone’s throw away from the subway hub station and surrounded by vibrant restaurants and shops. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient.
