the staff at Akasaka Urban were extremely friendly and provided superior customer service. They were helpful in assisting me with any inquiries or requests I had during my stay. the hotel's proximity to various metro stations and lines made it easy for me to explore the city and visit the places I was interested in.

The hotel is in a great location close to the places we wanted to visit. the staff was friendly and provided exceptional customer service. the room was spotless and had all the facilities we needed, including toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities.

The WIFI connection was poor and the room had no ventilation; however, the balcony doors could be opened to let fresh air in.

The hotel is located in a fantastic area, close to shopping centers and with easy access to public transportation. It is conveniently situated between two metro stations, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are small but modern, and the hotel provides free coffee in the lobby. The staff is also helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The breakfast buffet offered limited options and the lobby area was quite cramped, making it difficult for guests to enjoy their meal comfortably.

We had a quiet and pleasant experience at Akasaka Urban. The room was clean and bright, and the location felt safe. The staff kindly moved our luggages up for us, adding a personalized touch to our stay. The hotel was also conveniently located near a train station, making it easy for us to explore the city. I would definitely recommend staying here.
