The location is convenient, within a 10-minute walk from the station and surrounded by interesting pubs and eateries. The hotel is close to a shopping area and a convenience store. The staff and facilities are impressive, with an onsen and laundry facility available. The room is small but well-designed, with comfortable beds and a street view.

I had a fantastic 7-night stay at this conveniently located hotel. the room, although compact , was exceptionally clean and comfortable. the layout of the room allowed for easy access to the bathroom and kitchen utilities. the front desk staff was efficient and catered to all of my needs. the proximity to Sendai train station and the metro made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I also enjoyed the complimentary spring spa, which was open until midnight. the breakfast buffet, while a bit pricey, offered a variety of exquisite dishes, including green-bean tofu, beef tongue curry. it was a great value and I highly recommend it.

The en suite bathroom had its own soaking tub, perfect for those who prefer privacy. The location was very convenient, with dining options nearby and easy access to public transportation. The hotel had secure entry, with parking available. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide range of delicious Japanese dishes. The hotel was modern, clean, and well-equipped, including coffee makers in the rooms. The air conditioning was good and the room service was perfect. There was also a fantastic public hot bath to relax in. it was the perfect place to stay with great value for money.

We had a fantastic stay at a modern hotel in a great location near shopping centers and the morning market. the room was perfectly clean and well-equipped, including a nice coffeemaker for a delicious cup of coffee. the air conditioning was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. the hotel staff treated us nicely and the room service was perfect. We also enjoyed the hotel's own free Japanese hot bath, which was a wonderful way to relax after a busy day. the hotel provided excellent value for the money.

We had a great time at this hotel! The location was superb, just a short walk from the train station and the morning markets. The price was reasonable and the breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection of Japanese and Western options. The room was well-equipped, with a Nespresso machine and a fridge. The bathroom was spacious and the service was excellent. We also loved the public bath and the convenience of having an Aeon and a covered shopping area nearby.

The water pressure in the shower room could have been stronger.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Sendai. The room was reasonable and comfortable, not like the tight and uncomfortable rooms in other Japanese business hotels. The public bath on the 4th floor was a great feature, and I enjoyed using it every morning and before bed. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of traditional Japanese meals to choose from, and the abundance of choices was impressive. The hotel also had a two-speed ventilation fan in the bathroom, which kept the humidity under control. The TV was wall-mounted, saving desk space. The hotel even had a small laundry facility with machines that washed and dried clothes well, and you could enter a code to lock the machines.

Additionally, its proximity to Clis Road shopping street provided plenty of opportunities for shopping and dining. The rooms were spacious, with well-designed lighting, and the bathroom had a two-speed ventilation fan to control humidity. The staff provided good service and were friendly. The breakfast spread offered a variety of options, including vegetarian and vegan choices. The hotel also had a small bar table and provided free Nestle espresso, bottled water, and a Sharp humidifier in the rooms.

Some guests mentioned that the window in the room opened up to a wall of another building, limiting the view.

The room was nicely laid out with modern facilities and even had a coffee pod maker. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore the city. We also loved the close proximity to the asaichi market, where we found super cheap and delicious food. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the communal bath, which added to the overall experience. We enjoyed it so much that this was our second stay in just 6 months, and we will definitely be back again.

The hotel's location is perfect as it is only a few minutes’ walk from the train station and nearby shopping areas. the room was romantic enough for me and my partner with a touch of luxury, and the free Nespresso coffee and bottled water were definitely great complementary touches. We also enjoyed using the communal bath area.

The bathroom was also a bit small for our taste, and the air conditioning was quite noisy at times. while we had a good romantic trip, the experience could have been better if some improvements were made.

Loved the 24-hour security, front desk and Wi-Fi. They also had a restaurant and parking, which is great. The nearest airport is just a bonus!
