We had a fantastic stay at a cozy chalet with stunning views of Mt Ruapehu from our private deck. The spa pool was a perfect way to relax after a day of skiing, and the location was convenient for both outdoor activities and exploring the town. Great value for money!

We had an excellent stay at Rocky Mountain Chalets. the kitchen and lounge area were superb, making us feel right at home. It had everything we needed, from pots and pans to full cabinetry items. the whole place was clean and warm, with a heat pump and extra heater to keep us cozy. the extra blankets in all the rooms were a nice touch. the two-bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back!

Clean and well-equipped with a warm welcome. No-contact check-in, strong shower pressure, and plenty of hot water. Sky TV, fridge, and freezer available. Washing machine and dryer, although the dryer had some issues. Private deck area a nice touch.

For breakfast options, it would have been nice to have a bigger pan for cooking. Just a small detail, but having herbs instead of scrub bushes next to each chalet would have been awesome.

Bigger than expected chalet with hot tub. Off-season rental same price as nearby resorts. Comfy queen bed, washer/dryer. Covered parking for motorcycles.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the electric blankets were a nice touch. We also enjoyed the warm spa pool and the convenience of a drying room and laundry facilities. The staff were friendly and even turned on the heat pump for us before our late arrival, making our room nice and warm.

The owners/managers were amazing and provided excellent service. the shower had great water pressure and hot water was endless. the chalet was super clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. the location was key, close to Ohakune Township.

The heater in the bedroom was too small and made it cold, especially with a newborn. Milk for coffee was not provided, only a small UHT milk, which was unpalatable.
