the staff at the hotel were just ok because they're Japanese, but where's the warmth? the public bath was frustratingly small, and no one seemed to care about my comfort. i nearly contemplated a good review, until i discovered that no one offered even a petty room upgrade after my complaints. just a huge letdown, really.

The directions to the hotel are unclear, especially with multiple APA locations nearby!!! Only one washing machine makes doing laundry a hassle!!! An annoying queue for breakfast can ruin your morning!!!

A very surprising find that is packed with amenities, including a public bath facility and a complimentary welcome can of beer upon checking in.

The room felt a bit tired with some peeling wallpaper, which detracted slightly from the overall experience.

Convenient location with easy access to public transport.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. The room felt cramped, making it difficult for two people to move around comfortably, especially with our luggage. Additionally, I encountered problems during check-in, as the self-service machine malfunctioned and left me waiting far longer than expected. This not only affected my overall impression but also made for a frustrating start to my stay.

The onsen was incredible, especially the outdoor one for a post-exploration soak! I loved using the yukata instead of a bathrobe—it really added to the experience.
