Struggled with ancient elevators but managed to ski-in/ski-out efficiently. Caught in a room oven with no thermostat control—sweating! Thankful for the charming play area; kids enjoyed it! Food at Azaelas hit the spot. A bit disappointed in the tiny beds reigning over our matchbox size room. Skipped the overpriced dinner for vending machine coffee. Will be back for the slopes, not the hotel aesthetics! Cheers! .

Staying in building 3, I enjoyed the convenience of being right at the base of the mountain for quick access to the ski slopes. the hotel facilities were great, offering separate bathrooms and toilets in the rooms. the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and polite, enhancing my overall experience. Plus, the free shuttle service to and from Echigo-Yuzawa station made transportation a breeze.

The Naeba Prince Hotel in Yuzawa was a perfect choice for my family with a 3-year-old for a snowy vacation. the ski in and out location was convenient, and the kids play area was a hit. We enjoyed tasty meals at Azaelas, and the free shuttle to the train station was a helpful touch for our explorations of nearby landmarks like Mount Naeba, enhancing our family bonding through relaxation amidst beautiful scenery.

cleanliness was top-notch. the hotel's ski-in ski-out location was super convenient. loved the variety of delicious food options. the snowboarding lessons for kids were fantastic!
