i was almost going to give this hotel a good review, but the breakfast buffet was an absolute letdown, very salty and lacking quality. also, the noise from the trains was unbearable at night. considering this, i expected some amount of preferential treatment, like a room upgrade or even a welcome gift, but alas, nothing. disappointing!

A mere 3-minute walk to the station makes this place a traveler's dream. I appreciated the cozy rooms equipped with great amenities, like coin laundry and a microwave. The excellent breakfast at a reasonable price and helpful staff ensure you spend your time exploring, not worrying about logistics. Perfect for any group size!

The soundproofing was lacking. our room faced the train tracks and we could hear every train passing, which was a bit disruptive.

My stay at Hearton Hotel Nishi Umeda was far from pleasant. To make matters worse, the noise from the trains that seemed to pass every few minutes was unbearable, starting as early as 4:45 am. I switched rooms, only to be met with firm beds and inadequate lighting that made the already small space feel more cramped. It was really disappointing overall.

Staying at the hotel was fantastic for our large family! We enjoyed easy access to Osaka Shiki Theater and the Osaka Science Museum, and loved being close to restaurants and parks. Breakfast options were diverse and delicious, perfect for our five kids.

My wife says that the rooms could be bigger for families. A play area would be great for keeping the kids entertained.

Just a heads up, the hotel laundry is in a slightly isolated spot, so it might be a bit spooky to go alone at night. 😊

I had a nice stay in a clean and comfortable room. I liked that housekeeping only cleaned when I asked. The hotel is close to a subway station, making it easy to explore the city. I also enjoyed a relaxing foot massage, which was a perfect way to unwind after a long day. I experienced some noise from trains, but it was manageable. I did not expect to pay an accommodation tax at check-out, which was a surprise.
