The onsen was fantastic with clean spring water, multiple indoor and outdoor tubs, and comfortable beds to sleep in. Ample parking and vending machines for food and drinks were convenient. Staff were helpful and attentive during the busy Sapporo Snow Festival.

During my recent stay at Apa Hotel & Resort, I was delighted by the amenities provided. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, allowing me to relax after a long day of exploring the city. I particularly loved the cute origami cranes they placed on the bed for check-in, which added a lovely touch to my stay. Additionally, the on-site public bath provided a soothing experience, perfect for unwinding. The hotel's convenient location near downtown Sapporo allowed me to easily access popular attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend Apa Hotel & Resort for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Sapporo.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Sapporo and had a fantastic experience. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the amenities provided. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and were always available to assist with any queries I had. Lastly, the breakfast included in the room rate was a great perk. There were many varieties of food, ensuring there was something for everyone's tastes. I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel.

The hotel was a great choice for my business trip. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and onsen. The location was convenient both to downtown and the airport, which was a bonus.

The only downside to the hotel was the unreliable Wi-Fi connection. It made it challenging to catch up on work in the evenings, and I had to frequently reconnect to keep the connection. though, it was a good stay and I would recommend the hotel to other business travelers.
