apa hotel ginza exceeded our expectations with its convenient location and helpful staff. the nearby train stations made exploring tokyo a breeze, and the room may have been small but it was perfectly functional. we had a great time and would stay at apa hotel again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating during my business trip. They even offered complementary packages every morning, which included clean towels, water, and amenities. the hotel’s location was fantastic, with easy access to multiple subway lines and train stations nearby. there was a 24-hour convenience store just across the street where I could grab snacks and other essentials anytime.

I found the room to be smaller than expected, especially for a double. the bathroom was tiny and not very comfortable to use.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was spot on. The location was superb, very close to the Ginza shopping district and the Tsukiji fish market. We loved the convenience of having a Lawson convenience store right next to the hotel. Moreover, it was pretty close to the subway lines as well as relatively close to the Tokyo train station. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The staff was extremely helpful and available, providing the best Japanese service we have ever experienced. Their patience and kindness, especially from Yamazaki-San and Inoue-San, were greatly appreciated.

The location was great, in a quiet street near multiple metro lines. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel provided free water bottles. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel offered convenient services like luggage storage and a money exchange machine. I would definitely stay at an APA hotel again in Japan.
