The surrounding streets may get flooded during rain, making it a bit challenging to navigate with golf carts.

I cannot express how much I loved this hotel. The location of this place was perfect for me as it was right in front of the amazing beach and away from heavy tourist areas. The service here was wonderful, from the room service to the bike hire to the medical facilities service. The room was clean and well-maintained with ironing facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. In addition to this, there were plenty of amenities like free toiletries, television, and air conditioning. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The outdoor swimming pool and spa centre were good places to relax. The free Wi-Fi in public areas was a great bonus.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

During my Christmas vacation, I was delighted with the complimentary welcome drink and the Christmas dinner provided by the hotel. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk away from the sandy beach and the city center. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the spacious rooms which provided ample space and comfort for me and my companions.

The lack of attention from the staff was a notable downside. It was difficult to receive service in the restaurant and the reception staff were unhelpful with our questions about the surrounding area.

The beds are almost brand new and the bathrooms are large. The hotel also offers a half-board option with impressive dinner buffets.
