This hotel was a delightful surprise! The staff were exceptionally friendly, making us feel like VIPs. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was magnificent, always well-stocked. The warm, relaxed atmosphere was exactly what we needed. I can’t believe I waited so long to stay here!

I appreciated the complimentary drink tokens left under my door for the minor issue with my bed. The breakfast staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring all food items were stocked and tables clean, enhancing the dining experience.

the breakfast was absolutely mediocre, with slow service that made me question if i was even in a hotel. after all, who wants to eat out when you can indulge in room service? so disappointing, i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

The location was excellent just steps away from shopping and dining options the breakfast was fantastic with a wonderful variety to choose from and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful during my stay.

It would be nice if there were more power outlets in the room since I had just one available which was a bit inconvenient.

Only one lift was operational, making access quite frustrating!!! The front of the building appeared grubby and lacked proper signage!!! The food options for dinner were disappointing compared to the breakfast!!! More attention to cleaning protocols needed for carpets!!!

Great location near Central station with a quiet room. The staff was super friendly, making it easy to relax. Cleanliness was top-notch and breakfast had good variety (loved the waffles! ).

Just a good pick for a weekend getaway in Glasgow with incredible value for money. The bar staff were awesome, making a cocktail that wasn't even on the menu when I asked. Check out the happy hour for some great deals!

We had an amazing anniversary weekend! The breakfast was beyond delicious with options like cooked bacon and waffles. Our room was immaculate and stocked with fluffy towels. Can't wait to return!
