Great location for attending concerts at the nearby arena, with a short 15 minute walk. Family-friendly atmosphere with thoughtful gestures like giving stuffed animals to the children. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Conveniently located near transportation and just a 10 minute or less walk to the central train station. The hotel also offers a small play area for kids next to the bar, a clever addition. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families.

I must mention that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which was not made clear before my arrival. This did lead to some inconvenience, with sand and construction work present.

the reception staff at Novotel were perfect and even allowed us a late check out until 2 o'clock. the room itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed, including a pull-out sofa for the kids. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's outdoor patio and playground, as well as the indoor pool. the location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and public transportation. the secure parking and the enjoyable food truck festival during our stay were additional highlights. the only small downside was the lack of access to an ice machine.
