I had an excellent stay at Arima Grand after running the Marathon. The spacious and clean 4-person bed room had a great view. The in-room massage for me and my fellow runner was fantastic. The dinner service was also excellent, with a polite and English-speaking staff. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located down the hill, providing easy access to important spots in the area. Guests can make use of the free shuttle service to navigate the uphill journey. The spacious rooms offer beautiful views and are well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay. The private spring bath area is a luxurious addition to the hotel's facilities, allowing guests to relax and rejuvenate.

The language barrier can be challenging as the front desk staff have limited English proficiency.

The location was great as it was only a short walk to the main town and attractions. the view from the room was also nice as we could see some greenery outside.

We had a really unpleasant experience with some of the staff members. During our breakfast, a staff member was quite rude in her communication and was unwilling to accommodate a simple request.

This hotel was everything I was looking for in a luxurious stay. The room was absolutely magnificent, with top-rate fixtures and amenities. The bed was large and comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The grand bath was spacious and filled with various smaller baths, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience without any overcrowding. The pool was expansive and easy to use, allowing me to unwind and enjoy a swim. The breakfast was sumptuous, offering a wide array of Japanese and Western dishes, all while providing a spectacular view of the surrounding scenery. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
