The breakfast at Arima Hot Spring Ryokan Kotori was absolutely delectable. We enjoyed a scrumptious meal that left us fully satisfied. Additionally, the "silver" bath in the ryokan was a delightful experience, and the "golden" bath at the larger hotel was an added bonus. The storage of our luggage before and after check-out was convenient and free of charge.

Spent Xmas at a traditional Japanese hotel with a private hot spring, futon beds laid out for us every night, and delicious meals. Staff was welcoming and attentive. The peaceful setting of the hotel made us feel happy and relaxed.

The shared bathroom was located far from our room and it was way too cold to walk outside during winter. We had to wear little coats just to stay warm while walking to the other building for bigger onsen and dinner.

The meals, service, and facilities are superb. Hot spring and dinner provided by the hotel up the street are excellent. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast is fabulous.
