the hotel was in a perfect location, just a short walk from Dotonburi and other popular areas in Osaka. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and modern. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage even after check-out. an excellent stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was great, and the value for money was superb. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from Shinsaibashi station. The rooms were clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. We loved the small touches, like the fresh towels that were hung outside our door when we requested no cleaning. The location was perfect, as it was close to the Shinsaibashi shopping district and within walking distance to two subway stations. It was so easy to explore this city and visit all the places we wanted to go to.

The breakfast options could be improved with more variety.

The hotel was in a great location, close to metro stations and shops. the rooms were clean and the staff were really helpful. the little breakfast was included and such a nice touch. We also loved that there were phone charges in the hall for our convenience.

The room was quite small, which is typical of many Japanese hotels. the photos of the rooms made them look bigger than they actually were.

Our experience at Bespoke Hotel was delightful. the atmosphere and theme of the hotel were amazing, exceeding our expectations. the beds were incredibly comfortable, with two pillows provided on each bed - a soft one and a firm one. the room, although small as is typical in Japan, had a decent amount of space between the two twin beds. the lobby was spacious and had plenty of comfy couches. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and pastries at the lobby coffee shop in the morning. the hotel's location was perfect, close to train lines and within a short walk of the Shinsaibashi shopping district and Dotonburi. the staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. A special mention to one of the front desk staff who helped us translate and file a lost item report for my brother's mobile phone, despite being busy with check out. Although we didn't find the phone, her assistance was greatly appreciated. Bespoke Hotel provided a wonderful experience for my family, and we were truly impressed.
