The location near the hiking trails in the highest restaurant in Oman makes it a perfect choice for nature enthusiasts. The rooms provide stunning views of the mountains, and the breakfast options are varied and delicious.

The hotel could benefit from improving the cleanliness of the swimming pool.

The location of the resort was perfect for our mountain hikes. The beds were comfortable and the Mountain Lodge cabin had all the basic facilities we needed. The buffet food was incredible, with a wide variety of meals prepared daily - some of the best food we had during our trip.

The location of the resort in the Jebel Akhtar mountains is truly breathtaking. Being so close to the canyon provides a magnificent view and adds to the overall charm of the stay. Additionally, the staff is exceptionally polite and helpful, making the service top-notch.

The room lacked proper lightning and the Arabic tent we stayed in didn't have AC, which made the stay uncomfortable during hot weather.

Great view of the canyon and the sunset was amazing. Enjoyed the short hike nearby. The staff were friendly and offered us free towels and water bottles.

The rooms were rundown and not worth the price. The heater didn't work properly, making it too cold to sleep at night.

Beautiful resort with expansive grounds and delightful walkways. Breathtaking location at the edge of Jabel Shams. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious meals, especially the dinner. Comfortable rooms with ample space for a private barbecue.

My recent stay at Jebel Shams Resort was simply amazing! The location of the resort on top of Jebel Shams mountains offered breathtaking views that took my breath away. I was able to easily access the famous Balcony Walk start, as the resort is conveniently located just 3km away. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even offering me a complimentary upgrade. The food at the buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, I appreciated the fact that I could park my car right next to my room. I had a fantastic experience at Jebel Shams Resort and would highly recommend it.
