At my first stay, the staff kindly helped with late check, in. This place suits me perfectly; it has everything I need like Free Wi, Fi, 24, hour reception, Jacuzzi, and Air conditioning. I keep coming back for trips here.

Sora Niwa Terrace Kyoto Bettei impressed us with its fantastic private onsen, cozy room with wooden floors and tatami, and delicious breakfast. the underfloor heating in the bathroom kept us warm during winter, and the soundproofing was excellent. the complimentary mini bar and beautiful rooftop bar view were delightful touches. Overall, a beautiful property with top-notch amenities and a central location.

we had a delightful experience staying at sora niwa terrace bettei. from the warm welcome with japanese sweets and matcha to the modern yet traditional room with a private onsen, everything was perfect. the free minibar, comfortable robes, and attentive service made our stay exceptional. we loved the beautiful mountain views and convenient location for shopping and dining. a truly wonderful stay that we'll cherish.

Our room had a private onsen, free Yukatas, and a complimentary mini bar with a great selection. the rooftop footbath was a unique way to relax. Overall I recommend this hotel.

Loved the convenient location, close to shopping and dining areas, and just a stroll away from popular tourist spots. Enjoyed the in-room onsen, a real treat for relaxation. the staff was attentive, offering a tour of the facilities and ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the complimentary ice cream was a delightful surprise, adding a sweet touch to our experience.

The size of the corner room was a bit tight, despite choosing the larger option. Also, the restriction on children below 140cm at the rooftop public onsen posed a challenge for families.

Lovely and detailed welcome from the staff. Room had a balcony and private Onsen looking out over the river towards the mountains. the hotel is in a very convenient location yet surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of a busy city. Complementary mini bar is generous. And staff were so kind. the rooftop bar is great too.

From the moment we arrived at this hotel, we were treated like royalty. the service was impeccable and the staff went above and beyond to fulfill our every need. Our room was luxurious and had exclusive amenities such as a private hot spring bath and an open-air bath overlooking the stunning surroundings. the restaurant had a variety of delicious dishes and we enjoyed an in-room breakfast that was delivered to us at our preferred time. the bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring the location advantages of the area, and offered a wide range of cocktails and drinks.

Although it was luxurious and had exclusive furnishings, it was slightly smaller than we had expected.
