The resort had the warmest customer service I've ever experienced. The ambience was so captivating that I extended my stay. The staff were wonderful, and the infinity pool and silk restaurant were perfect for relaxation.

Oh well, there was no fitness suite, but who needs exercise when you're surrounded by beauty and delicious food?

As adventure travelers, we loved the tranquil location and stunning views of the lake and surrounding hills. The resort's high elevation provided a beautiful vantage point. We enjoyed the resort's professional staff, excellent restaurant and bar, and the lovely secluded gardens where we could relax and unwind. The infinity pool was a fantastic surprise and a perfect place to cool off and take in the breathtaking scenery. The service was exceptional, surpassing any we have experienced worldwide, with a personal touch and staff always ready to assist. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection, including delicious pancakes and tofu scramble. The resort even went above and beyond to coordinate a special birthday celebration for my fiance, including a vegan birthday cake, decorations, drinks, and massages. our stay at the resort was one of the best we have had worldwide, thanks to Ishwor and his team who made our experience unforgettable.

We felt completely relaxed during our entire stay and had no reason to complain.

The beautiful lake view from our balcony was extraordinary! We enjoyed the luxurious facilities and peaceful location just a short walk from the city center. The helpful staff arranged a professional paragliding experience at a reasonable price. we highly recommend this hotel.

During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the great location of the hotel near the lakeside area. It was easy to reach after a night of clubbing or partying. Additionally, the outdoor common area and proximity to the lake shore gave us a great opportunity to relax and enjoy the view. The rooms were very clean and well-furnished, providing great comfort. The delicious breakfast and the friendly staff added warmth to our stay. The garden was also beautiful, with so many different flowers and plants.

There was a bit of an issue with the storage space in the triple bedroom, as there were not enough hangers and virtually no clothes storage.

The location was perfect, close to the main street with restaurants and bars, yet far enough to enjoy the quietness of the area. The staff was very welcoming, and we enjoyed two complementary activities: a Nepalese massage at the spa and a delicious buffet breakfast with both local and western options. The rooms had amazing balconies with fabulous views of the lake.

The room size was a bit small for a family, and the shower was a bit of an inconvenience as it kept alternating between hot and cold water. Unfortunately, there was no lift, but the staff was always willing to help us with our luggage.

The resort grounds and views were absolutely stunning, offering plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy regardless of the weather. The rooms were immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The service provided by the staff was EXCEPTIONAL, with their kindness and professionalism shining through. The food was delicious, with a wide variety offered at the buffet breakfast and the coffee being exceptionally good. We also treated ourselves to a 'trekkers massage' at the day spa, which was incredibly rejuvenating. The location of the resort was ideal, just a short 10-minute walk from the town center, allowing us to retreat from the hustle and bustle to a quieter and more peaceful setting.

The highlight of my stay was the rooftop swimming pool, offering a stunning view of the lake. I had a fantastic time at Bar Peepal Resort and would highly recommend it to others.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The exclusive amenities fulfilled all of our luxurious needs. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided excellent service. The massage at the Spa & wellness centre was invigorating and left us feeling rejuvenated. The infinity pool and sun terrace offered breathtaking views of the city. We particularly enjoyed the special diet menus and outdoor dining area.

The only minor issue was the steep climb up to the hotel, but it was a small price to pay for the stunning views and private facilities.
