I felt like a clumsy snowman with my injury, but the staff swooped in like snow angels, pampering me with food and helping me sort through hospital and taxi chaos. the lodgings were comfy and close to the slopes. Breakfast was a déjà vu, though the public transit hassle tried to test my resolve. A cozy retreat for the snow-struck wanderer, eh?

The staff were friendly, but I suspect they were more passionate about skiing than helping me. the lodge had a cozy restaurant serving both traditional and western meals, which made deciding what to eat a challenge. the free shuttles were a lifesaver, even if they ran on ski time.

Trying to figure out the room heater was like solving a snow maze blindfolded.

Our recent stay at the lodge catered perfectly to our skiing trip, lasting a week. the lodge's proximity to the bus stop and nearby dining options made logistics a breeze. the staff went above and beyond to assist me when I got injured, ensuring my comfort and even helping with hospital arrangements. the lodge's restaurant served exceptional food, and the New Year's activities added a festive touch. With cozy accommodations, friendly multinational staff, and delicious breakfast offerings, we will definitely return.

A really nice cozy lodge with super friendly staff making us feel at home. the spacious dining/lounge area was welcoming, and the double room was comfortable. Clean shared bathrooms and ample ski equipment storage were convenient. the location was great for skiing access and the shuttle service was handy for exploring Niseko without a car.

We enjoyed our stay in a lodge located in an incredible area close to the ski slopes. the efficient shuttle service to the train station, convenience store, and onsen was greatly appreciated. the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. the rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant experience.
