I had a wonderful stay at a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The beds and bed linen were incredibly comfortable, and everything was impeccably clean. The hotel staff were so helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great variety of options. I also loved the fact that there was ample parking available for guests. Though I didn't have a chance to use it, the sauna sounded like a luxurious addition to the hotel's amenities. With its convenient location, it only took me around 30 minutes by car to reach Winterberg. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

During my business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The beds were comfortable with clean and fresh linens. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a wide variety of choices. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located in the city center with ample parking space for cars and bicycles.

My stay was not without its flaws. I was disappointed to find out that the hotel lacked a lounge or sitting area for groups or families to socialize. Additionally, restaurant hours were limited, so I had to find alternatives when hungry outside of the hours. Lastly, while the spa facilities were present, they were quite expensive for the minimal offerings.
