The location was great, in a quiet street close to the train station, which made it easy for us to explore the city. the hotel had a binder with clear instructions on how to use everything in the room. we appreciated the ease of finding the hotel due to its clear signage.

Some aspects of the hotel were not as pleasant. the view from the balcony wasn't the best, and the bed was extremely hard.

We had a superb stay at Bon Condominium Umeda! The rooms were new, spacious, and well-planned. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the location was very convenient. We loved the nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores. The proximity to Osaka-Umeda Station made it easy for us to travel around. Best value for money!
