my first stay at a capsule hotel, staff polite, location close to train station, convenience store next door

The capsules were spacious and comfortable, and the shared bathroom area felt like a luxurious spa. The inn is conveniently located right next to the Highland train station, as well as supermarkets, an amusement park, and an onsen. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the inn provided high-quality toiletries. I also appreciated the discounted ticket to FujiQhighland and the free passes for the ice skating rink. I would definitely choose this inn again!

The bathroom was clean and well-equipped with toiletries. the bed in the capsule was comfortable and spacious. the location was great, with a free shuttle bus to the main station and easy access to Mt. Fuji and Kawaguchiko lake.

The staff's English skills were lacking, which resulted in some communication difficulties. It would be beneficial for them to improve their language skills in order to provide better service to international guests.

This capsule hotel is the perfect choice for anyone visiting Mt. Fuji. It is conveniently located right at the Fuji Q Highland train station, making it incredibly easy to access. it is very close to the Fuji-Q Highland theme park, so you can enjoy all the rides and attractions just a one-minute walk away. There is also a bus station nearby with buses to-and-from Tokyo, allowing for easy transportation.

The hotel is located away from restaurants, so you may need to travel a bit to find dining options.

mt.fuji cabin was better than expected: modern, clean, friendly staff, great facilities, quiet, convenient location, and even had pajamas!

Train station a bit far.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel near the train station. The location was really convenient, right at the Fuji Q Highland train station. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bed. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the free shuttle bus to the main station. it was a great experience.

That the staff's English language skills could be improved.

I recently stayed at Mt.Fuji Cabin & Lounge Inn for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, right next to Fuji-Q. The capsules were a unique and fun experience. The lockers were spacious and the keycard system was easy to use. The lobby area was cozy and the staff were friendly and attentive. The shower room had a variety of toiletries and the pyjamas were a nice touch. Plus, it was super close to Fuji Q Highland, where I highly recommend trying Do Do Donpa!

I booked this hotel for my husband and his friend who were visiting Japan. They loved the comfortable capsules and said it was the best sleep they had during their trip. The location was great, close to the train and bus stations, and right behind FujiQ park. The hotel was clean, with well-stocked bathrooms and amenities, including towels and toothbrushes. The staff were friendly and spoke English. a highly recommended hotel for its value and convenience.

I had a great stay at Mt.Fuji Cabin & Lounge Highland Station Inn. The size of the capsule was just right and the mattress, pillow, and comforter provided were super comfortable. The bathroom facilities were also clean and well-organized. I especially appreciated that all the necessary toiletries were provided. Despite a few drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

my stay at this capsule hotel was exceptional. from the big and clean public showers to the stylish and comfortable capsules, everything exceeded my expectations. the location was also perfect, with convenience stores and the Fuji Q amusement park nearby. it was definitely the best capsule hotel experience I've had.
