The self-help breakfast offers a great variety, and the spacious rooms are tastefully furnished like a boutique hotel. The sheets are soft, bathroom well-equipped, and the balcony provides a scenic view. You can even spot kangaroos on the property! The camp kitchen, overlooking beautiful gardens, is well-equipped. An ideal location to explore nearby cafes and attractions in 1770.

It would have been even more enjoyable if the host refrained from smoking in areas frequented by guests.

The room was very clean and tidy, and the decor and fixtures were excellent. We loved the peaceful and quiet location, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The self-serve breakfast and well-equipped camp kitchen were great additions. we would recommend this hotel for a few nights stay to unwind.

I recently stayed at a stunning bed and breakfast called Stays Over18'S in a beautiful location. The owners, Geoff and Jenny, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The villa we stayed in was like a luxury resort in Fiji or Bali, complete with all the amenities we needed. The outside kitchen next to the pool provided a lovely setting for the delicious continental breakfast they served us each morning. The property had a fantastic man cave with a bar, pool table, jukebox, and lounges, perfect for relaxation. Every corner of the place was thoughtfully designed and created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about Stays Over18'S. 😊

We had a fantastic stay at Agnes Water Stays Over18'S. The gardens were lovely, the accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the shower was great. Geoff and Jenni were incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful hosts. The location was perfect, surrounded by greenery and wildlife. It's definitely one of our top three favorite places to stay in Australia. Thank you for everything!

My Christmas getaway was great! the location was surrounded by nature, which made it easy to disconnect from the urban chaos. the hosts were friendly and welcoming, making the experience more enjoyable. I loved the well-organized spacious rooms and tasteful decor. the breakfast was self-catered, but there was a beautiful camp kitchen area available, overlooking a scenic view. the peacefulness and serenity of the location were unbeatable.

The location was a little far from town, so it was not possible to eat out often. I wish there were kitchen facilities in the room, especially since I stayed during Christmas and would have liked to cook.

The service here is top-notch, with a grocery shopping service, shuttle service, and a welcome drink upon arrival. The staff were very helpful and friendly, providing tours and ticket assistance. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed including ironing facilities, a flat-screen TV, and a comfortable sitting area. I even had a patio with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The service and amenities provided are exceptional.

The hosts were lovely and the property was beautifully decorated and furnished. The self-catered breakfast was excellent and the facilities were great, especially the well-equipped camp kitchen. The serene location and peaceful surroundings made for a truly relaxing stay. We loved sitting amongst the garden with the kookaburras and kangaroos while enjoying our breakfast. The ponds with lilies added a lovely touch. The spacious and cozy room, along with the friendly owners and adorable Lucy the dog, made the experience even more enjoyable.
