The resort is perfect for a family vacation with lots of activities to enjoy. Very close to the beach with numerous pools to suit all tastes. The rooms are spacious and stylish, with a bathroom decorated with rock, marble, and wood combined. The breakfast is fantastic, and the staff is caring, always ready to assist guests. Soya restaurant is an excellent option, offering a diverse range of cuisines, including vegetarian and vegan options.

Some of the staff members could be more attentive, causing minor issues in service.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving weekend at this spacious apartment that offered a breathtaking view of the water. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and we felt right at home. the beach and pool area were fantastic, with plenty of activities for children. the food was delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the complementary drinks and snacks that we found waiting for us in our room.

That the apartment balcony had a view of the nearby construction site, which detracted a bit from the scenic beauty we had hoped for. some of the hotel taxis available were quite expensive, and we ended up using local taxis for the rest of our transportation needs.

The hotel is absolutely amazing! First of all, the location on the beach is stunning, and the seaview from our room was breathtaking. Secondly, the staff were so friendly and helpful throughout the entire establishment. We especially want to thank Michael, the waiter at the main restaurant, for his excellent service. Lastly, the rooms with kitchenette were perfect for our family of four, and having a free breakfast every morning was a great perk.

We had an unforgettable luxurious experience here! We opted for a Spa treatment at the on, site Spa & Wellness Center. the service was phenomenal, the Spa lounge was most relaxing, and the Treatment rooms were spotlessly clean. the outdoor swimming pool was heated and had sun loungers perfect for sunbathing. the hotel also offered exclusive in, room breakfast and private facilities that make guests feel like royalty.

We did experience a minor issue with the outdoor dining area. the poolside snack bar was understaffed, resulting in slower service and longer waiting times than usual.
