I loved the value for money at Orchid Hotel - Old Town & Drum Tower. The room was beautifully rustic and not worn at all. The location was perfect, in a vibrant Chinese area. The staff went above and beyond to help and even walked us to the taxi on our departure. The breakfast was like dining at a fine establishment, with a menu crafted by the hotel chefs.

We loved staying here! The hotel is located in an authentic and interesting area with lots of local cafes and restaurants. The staff gave us the best service we've ever received, from organising our trips to offering us fruit and water. The room amenities were great, including an electric kettle, free toiletries, and a flat-screen TV.

Highly recommended to everyone looking for a great place to stay.

Great location in a safe neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants, with an authentic Hutong experience. Friendly and helpful English-speaking staff. Enjoyed the fusion breakfast at Toast and the food at the dim sum restaurant. The hotel provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere, away from the busy streets.

Difficult to find and some taxis are hesitant to drop off directly at the hotel. Mosquitoes were quite pesky and the common areas had occasional smells.

We had a fantastic stay in a charming and quaint neighborhood with beautiful design and wonderful breakfasts. The location was perfect, being just a short walk away from a busy street and the subway. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with an amazing private rooftop view. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was always friendly and helpful.

There were a few minor issues with the attention to detail by cleaning staff, which could be improved with a little more consistency.

I loved staying at The Orchid Hotel! The breakfast was delicious and the views from the balconies and roof terrace were stunning. The central location made exploring Beijing easy. Plus, the dumpling making course was a fantastic activity!

We loved the beautiful and peaceful courtyard. Although we were in the middle of the city, we felt like we were in a serene oasis. The rooftop terrace was a perfect spot to watch the sunset over the hutongs. we highly recommend staying at Orchid.
