Exceptional customer service saved our lost passports and went beyond their duties. The room was clean, classy, and had all the amenities we needed. The hotel's location near the main station was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an issue with the availability of our room, but the front desk quickly resolved it and even offered us a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to the main railway station and tourist attractions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the food in the bar and restaurant was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The staff at Marriott were lovely, and the room was comfortable. the location, although not in a nice area, was only a 5-minute walk from the shopping area. the hotel had a nice aroma at the entrance, and the staff were very helpful. the air conditioning was good, and we were happy with our upgraded interconnected rooms.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel right in the center of the city. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything and just a short walk away from the cathedral. The staff were friendly and accommodating, helping me with my luggage and even calling a big taxi for my group. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spacious and clean room that had a lush carpet, lovely bathroom, and comfortable bedding. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to satisfy all tastes.

My cousin and I had a lovely and comfortable stay at this hotel for our visit to the Christmas Villages. The double twin room was spacious and perfect for us. The location was excellent, just a 6 min walk from the train station and close to many sites. The staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast was worth the money and the hotel even lent us umbrellas for a rainy day. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location was great, very close to the main station and Christmas markets. The room was comfortable and modern, with clean towels and good sound protection. The staff was polite and professional, they spoke English fluently and were very helpful.

The breakfast staff seemed too busy cleaning to properly attend to guests, resulting in guests having to find glasses themselves.

The standard room did not include slippers or bathrobes, which was a disappointment for a five-star hotel. the mini bar was empty, and the restaurant could use some brightening up as it's in the basement.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. the exclusive amenities, including the sauna and jacuzzi, made our stay so relaxing. Our room was spacious and well equipped with exclusive advantages, like in-room breakfast and private facilities. the restaurant also offered special diet menus, catering to our needs. the bar/lounge area was the perfect spot for a nightcap, and the service was impeccable.

Our only minor issue was the noise level from the nearby train station, but it didn't affect our sleep or overall experience. Despite this, we would highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a luxurious stay with top-notch amenities and service.
